When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email, organization, and any message. Our booking flow is powered by Calendly, and scheduling information is processed by Calendly on our behalf.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, schedule and hold meetings, and communicate with you about Artemis. We do not sell your personal information.

Protected health information

This public website is not intended to collect protected health information (PHI). Any handling of patient data as part of a deployment is governed by a separate agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement where applicable.

Third-party services

This site embeds third-party tools, including Calendly (scheduling) and Loom (video). These providers may process limited data as described in their own privacy policies.
